About Enterprise Frontend Workshop

Practical architecture. Real code. Engineering decisions.

Enterprise Frontend Workshop is a practical learning project focused on designing, building, and evolving maintainable frontend systems for enterprise applications.

The workshop follows an application built from the ground up, documenting not only the implementation but also the architectural decisions behind it: why particular approaches are chosen, which trade-offs they introduce, and when alternative solutions make sense.

What you'll find here

  • NX Monorepos — workspace structure, project boundaries, and dependency rules.
  • Angular and TypeScript — maintainable application architecture, Signals, and clear separation of responsibilities.
  • Domain-Driven Design — applying DDD principles to frontend modules and their boundaries.
  • Microfrontends and Web Components — integration strategies for applications built with different technologies.
  • Design Systems — reusable UI components, design tokens, and consistent user experiences.
  • AI-Assisted Engineering — practical workflows using Claude and GitHub Copilot, with an emphasis on code quality, maintainability, and engineering judgement.

The approach

The goal is not to collect technologies or introduce abstractions for their own sake. Each architectural decision should solve a real problem, make dependencies explicit, and help the system remain understandable as it grows.

Examples evolve step by step, with working code, clear explanations, and documented trade-offs.

About the author

I'm a Lead Software Architect working with enterprise frontend systems, particularly Angular and TypeScript. My focus is on architecture that supports long-term maintainability, explicit module boundaries, and effective collaboration across teams.

This workshop is an independent technical project and reflects my own engineering experience and perspective.
